At Brandaissance, we offer flexibility in employment. There’s no traditional notice period—you can join us when we need your expertise, and you’re free to leave when your journey here feels complete. This policy is designed to foster mutual respect and flexibility.

If you decide to leave Brandaissance, we wish you well, but there’s no option to return. This policy ensures both you and the company can continue to grow and evolve without looking back.

Performance is regularly reviewed based on the quality of work, innovation, and impact. High performers are recognized and rewarded through performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities within the company.

Mental health is a priority for us. Our founder’s personal experiences have shaped a culture where mental health is openly discussed and supported. Regular check-ins and an understanding work environment help ensure that everyone feels supported.

Our standard work hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday. If you need to work outside these hours, you will be compensated, but this is determined by your manager or team leader based on project needs.

We encourage open communication to address conflicts early. If needed, we have a clear conflict resolution process that involves discussions with your manager or HR to ensure a fair and constructive outcome.
